"Andy at the front desk is the highlight of this hotel! He was so welcoming and accommodating - it felt like we were coming home. The pool was lovely on a hot day, and the shuttle service useful. The room was extremely clean and quiet, and nicely decorated. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Venice who would like a bit f respite from the chaos that is Venice proper. "

"This hotel is slightly out of the centre but would now be my first choice when visiting Treviso. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived too early to actually check in but they made sure drinks and snacks were available while we waited. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and although reception can control room aircon, they were more than happy to lower the temperature to a refreshing 19c (B&B Treviso take note). The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and drinks. It’s a shame we didn’t have our swimming costumes with us as we would have taken advantage of this facility "
