"Our experience in Cork was not the best. We experienced horrible service at area restaurants and pubs. Our food was burnt, we were neglected at our table. Imperial Hotel was beautiful and smelled amazing. No complaints with the hotel itself just surrounding businesses along with locals, homelessness and drug use on the streets. "

"Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Parking was on site and very convenient (€7.50 for 24 hours with in/out flexibility). Location brilliant in Cobh and a historic building. Nice sea view!"

"The staff, hotel and amenities were fabulous. We rented an apartment would highly recommend cooking facilities (not that I did any of that on holiday) full size fridge, washing machine etc. The apartment was really great. One very important thing I need to make traveler’s aware of if driving yourself and not part of a tour. Ignore the sat nav directions it tells you to take lovers walk to the hotel do not do it what a nightmare. This road is only made for one car not two. Unfortunately we had the full experience of two cars coming either direction on this road what a nightmare. Even if you are the greatest driver this is going to be a nightmare. If the car comes out in one piece without any damage you will be very lucky. I asked the staff about this road and they all knew it was a nightmare not sure why the sat nav selects this route. There is another route you can take I believe it is Summerhill way better than the other route. Besides that nightmare road the hotel is fantastic. Thanks for a wonderful stay."
