The space has walk books and you can borrow backpacks, beach towels etc. Giuseppe made us breakfast each morning and looked over our plans for the day, giving us ideas and information. He could not have been kinder or more helpful. Important fact! You can't drive into old Ciutadella! Parking in the Port Antic and getting used to a ten minute walk...

"Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno. La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido. Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking. "We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room. Great location too in the beautiful old town! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful - Fast responses to any questions we had, and always making sure we had everything we needed in the room. "This property is perfect if you're looking for such a quiet place to stay, the swimming pool is amazing especially during the morning when a few people stay there, in addition to that, the property is near (10 min) a beautiful beach of the island. The only incovenient is about transports and distance to the centre because you must rent a car or it will be impossible to visit the island. "

"Pros: - Location is amazing, very central but still quiet. - Friendly welcome by the staff. - Honesty bar was a cool feature. - Very clean throughout. - Staff made us breakfasts to take away as we were leaving early to explore / catch a flight. Cons: - Our room was in the loft with low ceilings and felt quite claustrophobic. The window also looks out onto a white wall, feels quite closed in. - For the level of hotel, we would expect the bottled water in the room to be replaced daily. - Reception is left unmanned quite often - if you need anything early or late, it’s a little annoying. For example, we asked for an ironing board through WhatsApp before 6pm and didn’t get a response until the morning (they were very apologetic but feels like you are left on your own). - Frustrating breakfast booking system is very rigid for the size of the hotel - three allocated times, you can’t just turn up."

"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. At first we booked room with a city view but once we arrived were delighted we were able to upgrade to a sea facing room. It was convenient to walk to the city centre, bus services and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Enjoyed eating on the balcony. "

"Lovely pools. Cold in 2nd half of September though. Wear insect repellent as midges aren't obvious and bite! Minimart both expensive and understocked. Nearest excellent supermarket is Diskont, 15 mins walk away but well worth it to stock up and make your own breakfasts as breakfasts in resort are expensive at 12€ pp. There is also a nice café outside this supermarket. Table tennis disappointing as borrowers of bats and balls didn't return to Reception after use so we couldn't play! Food not served from pool bar in evening after 3pm, which caught us out but there are a couple of beach bars on adjacent beach. The buffet restaurant we used once but set price doesn’t include any drinks. It was okay but appreciated the good bus service which is more frequent on weekdays than weekends, so plan around that if you don't have a car, which we didn't. No kettle so glad I brought my drinks heater. "
