"Infrastructure requires upgrade. A/C was broken. Staff was helpful in relocating us to Aurora’s sister hotel, Eurostar Thalia. The general condition of that hotel was quite rundown. Billed as a 5-star, but condition is far far below that rating. À/C was barely enough. Another situation where the infrastructure should be upgraded."

"Unsere Wohnung im 1. OG war sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll möbliert und hatte 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit großen und bequemen Betten. Super ausgestattete Küche und ein modernes Bad. WLAN und TV laufen super. Die Lage ist sehr zentral direkt am Fluss, zum Ausladen kann man die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze in den Nebenstraßen nutzen, danach haben wir das Auto in einer über die MrParkIt App gebuchten Privatgarage geparkt für ca. 35 Euro pro Tag (über die Unterkunft bekommt man 10% Rabatt)....

"My family had a great time at this place. The apartment was bigger than expected. It was very clean. It has amazing views with a lot of natural light coming in. It’s right off the river, about 25 min from the airport, and has a tram stop basically right outside. I would highly recommend!"

Right on the water where you can enjoy the nightlife or afternoon stroll Hotel is not manned with a reception so you must understand you need to wait until check in time to get the code for door. Room was spacious and clean with pretty much anything you’d need."

"The Hotel Caesar Prague is a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and the coffee machine was a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice, all fresh and a good price. There are nice restaurants near by and just 20min walk and your in the old square."

"When I arrived, the room was mostly clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The staff was not very helpful when we asked for assistance with parking, and one of the ladies at the front desk seemed irritated whenever we asked questions. There is no proper parking facility available, and even dropping off or picking up luggage was very difficult and inconvenient. In addition, the air conditioning in our room was extremely loud and kept waking me up during the night...
