"Hotel could use staff who speak a little English. Basic hotel that is handy to the airport and Castilla bus station. A good place to stay if you are overnighting before flying or busing to other parts of the country."

"I like the mini fridge and the A/C could be good if it doesn't go directly to our faces. The personal need customer service training in all areas. I took the best room of the hotel and it was on the third floor with no elevator and no help with the luggage.The room was too small for the bed and the tub access was very difficult. Receptionist didn't know how to explain where the parking garage was."
