"Excellent stay at this property. It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. Highly recommend this place!"

"The location was fantastic you are right in the old town, but you pay for it by having to park at the bottom and carry everything up 5 escalators and a 10 minute walk past the cathedral.     "We liked the location - very close to train and bus stations made it easy to arrange day trips to nearby locations. The kitchen was well equipped and a food market was nearby.
