The offside parking sounds inconvenient but it’s actually well organized with phone call before arrival the staff would have a luggage cart there waiting for you. "The property was very nice. It is located next to a forest with beautiful hiking trails. Some of the trails took you to quaint beaches. The breakfast had a variety of local dishes that were tasty. The staff was super friendly. Rovinj is an amazing place. We will definitely stay there again and see more of Croatia."

As well, we couldn’t find an open restaurant for supper anywhere within walking distance, even with the help of 3 different locals. A bar graciously provided grilled cheese and ham. Being alone in the “hotel” with no desk as expected didn’t help. The place was just not friendly and not helpful— you’re on your own!"
