Tried before going to cancel the last night as having to come home early (should have been able to according to my original booking) but told they could not do it. Tried again to cancel when we got there and told they could not do it either as it was a special rate (complete lie). "Beautiful property in a wonderful scenic setting, with a path from the door down to the bay below. Good views (when the sea mist lifted) of the sea, all the way to Le Havre. Would have been a lovely quiet setting, surrounded by pastures and trees, although we couldn't use our sun balcony for a couple of hours due to a group of 20 to 30 people (guests of the proprietor?) having a very noisy outside buffet party directly underneath us"
