"Spotless room with weekly housekeeping. Awesome helpful landlord. The apartment was perfect for my weeks-long stay. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The power was cutting periodically due to Russian terrorism, so being on the 9th floor I did get some exercise in some days. Highly recommend this apartment. "

"This listing is completely misleading. They claimed there was a washer in the apartment, but that was a lie. Instead, there were three washers in the hallway and all of them were broken. The apartment itself had a horrible odor, the furniture was extremely cheap, and it felt very unpleasant to stay in. The key pickup process was also a hassle, requiring me to go to another location just to collect the keys. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place. "
