가격대비 깨끗함. 편의점이 24시간 이용이 가능해서 좋음. 다만 음식점이나 다른 시설이 거리가 좀 됨. 음식배달 하려면 배달비 좀 빡셈

화장실 담배 냄새가 심함 난방은 침대 온수 매트로 하는데 온도 조절이 안되, 중간 중간 잠에서 깸

딸아이 실기시험때문에 이용했는데 좋습니다.
연식이 있긴하나 사장님이 관리를 잘 하셔서 상태는 깨끗했습니다. 사장님도 엄청 친절하시구요 1층에 편의점이 있어서 편리합니다.

친절한 사장님^^
건물 자체가 연식이 좀 되었지만 사장님께서 관리를 잘 하셔서 깔끔하게 저렴한 가격으로 잘 이용했습니다. 차 없이 가기는 조금 불편할 수 있습니다. 친절한 사장님의 배려를 느낄 수 있습니다.^^

광고 업체에 모텔이라고 등록을 요청했으며 편안하게 쉬실 수 있게 만드는 것이 저희 래미안느 식구들의 임무 입니다. 불평글을 보아서 고객분은 그러하지 못한 거 같아 유감이네요. 사람마다 보는 시야랑 느낌 그리고 그에 맞는 운은 같을 수 없으니 이해는 합니다만 이 시기를 극복해 보겠다고 열씸히 밀고 닦고를 수어번하며 준비했는데 이런 리뷰를 저희 래미안느 식구들과 공유해야한다는게 답답하네요

먼저 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 저희는 일단 메이트 분들이 먼저 청소를 해 주시고 부장님께서 두번째 점검을 하십니다. 또한 손님께서 오시기 전에 제가 한번 더 가서 점검을 하여 총 3단계로 청결을 유지하려 하고 있습니다. 저희 숙소는 제가 더 잘 알지만 가끔 벌래가 삐집고 들어오는 경우는 어떻게 막을 수 없네요...(작정하고 들어오겠다는데.. ) 이불에서 나왔다는것은 바로 알려주셨다면 방을 다시 변경해 드렸을 텐데요. 왜 안 알려주시고 이렇게 리뷰 태러를 하시는지 안타깝네요. 그리고 이불은 저희 부장님이 매번 세탁기로 돌리십니다. 일광소독하시고 정성드려 개어 놓는 것까지 마무리 하십니다. 그런데 갑자기 바퀴태러하시니 안타깝네요. 좋은 마음으로 정성스레 준비했는데 이런 리뷰 주시니 안타까워요 래미안느 배상

가격대비 침대가 많이 편했어요!. 사실 이 가격대에서 번쩍거리는 시설을 원하는건 도둑심보이고... 그런거 좋아하는 사람도 아니고ㅋ 이 정도 가격대의 숙소는 시설은 좀 더 새거일 수 있어도 등에 스프링이 다 느껴지는곳이 많은데 그런거 전혀없이 잘잣습니다. ㅋ 늦게와서 사장님을 뵙지는 않았지만 냄새나거나 곰팡이 낀거없이 신경써서 관리하시는 느낌이였습니다 ㅎ

친절한 모텔
너무 친절하고 좋은 곳입니다. 위치가 아주 약간 불편한 감이 있지만 다음번 충주 갈 때도 또 이용할 계획입니다. 원래 지인이 충주 최고의 호텔(4성급)이라는 더베이스호텔을 잡아줬는데 뭐만 물어보면 안된다고 하는 통에 기분나빠서 나와서 다시 잡은 곳이 이곳이거든요. 오만방자한 더베이스보다 이곳이 훨씬 더 마음 편하고 좋은것 같네요. 가격도 합리적이고. 적극 강추합니다.
