Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern ein Häuschen mit Erdgeschoss und 1.Stock. Das Häuschen befindet sich in einem winzigen Ort in ländlicher Umgebung, schön ruhig, ca. 40 km von Valencia entfernt und 10min von Chulilla oder Villar de Arzobispo ( Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Die Zimmer sind von Gemeinschaftsräumen zugänglich; unten Küche/Essecke/Eingang/Kamin und oben gibt es eine Art Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen. Es gibt ein modernes Gemeinschaftsbad. Wir hatten in unserem roten Zimmer eine Badewanne und eine Toilette. Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Abfluss, worum sich aber direkt gekümmert wurde. Der Service hakte anfänglich etwas, wir mussten nach einigen Dingen fragen (ausreichend Handtücher und Klopapier, Kaffee). Das Frühstück wurde im Kühlschrank gelagert (abgepackte Wurst, Käse, Milch) und eine Art Zwieback als Brot. Dafür waren wir flexibel wann wir unser Frühstück machen.
