"Check in was horrible. Slow and they didnt even know I had booked. Multiple calls were made before i saw my room My room was not nice. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. No bathroom mat. FLUSH DIDNT WORK. I had to use the bidet to fill up the water. Flies in the room. No soap. Luckily i had my own. ..."

"Lovely property and the staff were amazing. We had a very early ferry that left before breakfast started and they insisted on sending us with food to go so we wouldn't be hungry on the boat. It was ready along with the taxi they scheduled for us at 5:30am. So thoughtful."
