"This was one of the largest Japanese hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The space was really valuable. Staff were friendly and helped us to forward our luggage to the next destination. I think we lucked out by getting a room on the second floor - there is only one elevator so we were able to easily use the stairs to get in and out of our room. "

"Room was spacious and well appointed with a great view of Mt Fuji. The bathroom was large with an oversized tub. The hotel feels high end even though it’s beside an amusement park. The free bus stops right outside and takes you into town to experience Mt. Fuji, Lake Kawaguchi and many restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel so have no insight into the restaurant."

"The hotel was within a 20min walk to the main train station and next to a Lawsons. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby had all the room amenities that you could need and just helped yourself to. I would happily stay there again."

"Perfect for the Shinkansen. My room had a great view over the city, it was extremely clean and spacious. The hotel staff that I interacted with were all very welcoming and professional. Would very happily stay here again in Nagoya. "

"Staff was spectacular, I'm so sorry they have to deal with less than delightful guests on what seems like a regular basis. We greatly appreciate you and enjoyed our gift of champagne. Area is very walkable, bed is on the softer side of Japans hotel beds. Our room was big enough and it was one of the smaller ones. There is a smoking room by the elevator that opens frequently so there is some cigarette smell when you go to the lobby. I do wish there was some food options though, Takayama restaurants close pretty early in the vicinity and it would be stellar if there was more available at the hotel. Breakfast options were great, maybe add a dinner too?"
