"I normally don't leave reviews but this is an exception. The village was amazing. Aesthetically it's gorgeous, the view of mount Fuji was breathtaking, the house is clean and has many amenities. A big plus is that the owners know English and they helped us a lot finding places to eat and gave us a lot of useful advices on where to go and what to see in the Kawaguchiko area. Overall an amazing experience and I can't recommend enough."

"The best place for family/ friends’ staycation! Lovely owners make your trip so special. All the facility is well maintained with cute decors and very clean, everything is equipped. What you should bring is only food and drinks. It is located right next to the beautiful shrine which is Unesco world heritage, and having amazing view of Mt.Fuji from the terrace. We stayed with 2 toddlers and 4 adults but space was more than enough, all of us was really happy to stay in this beautiful property...

"Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. "I booked 2 rooms—one for myself and one for my subordinate. During dinner, we were given a small table to share. I wanted to have some quiet time alone after work, so I moved to an empty table nearby. A Japanese waiter (wearing a vest) came over and spoke very rudely, insisting that I must sit with my subordinate just because we knew each other. He even asked me to carry all my food back. The restaurant had many empty tables, and it was not busy at all during 8pm to 930pm. I felt very embarrassed. I did nothing wrong but was treated badly. This is not how guests should be treated."
