Since, it was raining a lot in Hanoi when we arrived. We had to move to smaller room because there was a leak. The hotel is a bit old but ok and doable. Close proximity to some areas. Wish it wasn’t raining. And we could’ve enjoyed to explore the surrounding area.

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.
