"When i pulled in to register, the attendant made me move my car, though there were no other cars parked at any of the rooms. Room does not offer coffee maker. When I asked the clerk if one is offered if asked, he said no. It was 3:00pm when I checked in. So I asked if he offers coffee and he said unless its between 7 & 10 in the morning it was $2.75/cup. "We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

"This hotel is old. It is well maintained, and the exterior has had a facelift, but the interior needs one. Fortunately the best are newer and the linens were lovely. But I wouldn't set my suitcase, let alone, sit on the chair in the room. It looked disgusting. And the room had no AC on, so at 10 PM we walked into a HOT stuffy room. "At this price range, one gets all the usual amenties and then some. The pool and hot tub were an ideal addition you don't get at other locations similarly priced. Staff actually went beyond to help with an issue in my suite. I will definitely book here again!"
