"The room was really uncomfortable and small and there were loud drunk people almost all night. The shower and room is definitely not set up if you have little kids. Very dangerous. The pool was messy and people had alcohol cups and trash everywhere. We did not get a restful sleep either night. And the floors were SO GROSS could not walk barefoot or in socks."

"It is not city center! It's false advertisement. Pool is not heated. Walls and lamp shades were stained. It's not getting 1 star because the staff were very friendly. "

"My husband and I spent 9 days at the hotel. Our stay there was very pleasant. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the hotel seemed brand new with all of the ammenties you would need. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. Free breakfast daily included in the cost of your stay. We want to give a huge shout out to John for all of the help and information he gave to us while we were there in Tuscan. From local restaurants and things to see. Not to mention his sweet personality and always wanting to to help us with whatever he could with our stay and to enjoy our visit to the fullest. His hospitality was so much more than we have ever experienced. And Johns sense of humor was such a refreshing, relaxing atmosphere. Made my husband and I giggle all the way to our room. Thank you to John we will be coming back to your hotel. Another shout out to Ann for being such a sweet and kind lady. Always checking to see if their was anything she could help with.
