"Upon arriving we were told "if we upgraded our room we needed to call the resort and tell them" that they didnt have us in the room we paid for. She did fix that. Then on the golf cart ride to our room tells us the advertised 24 hour pool is out of order. It was the worst resort we have ever stayed ..."
