Inflated prices due to local football game. Room smelled like smoke. Many people just wandering around the parking lot smoking and drinking. They are working on renovations at the facility and it is mix suburban suites and quality inn. Very friendly staff and good complementary breakfast. The rooms are very clean and in very good shape but the property exterior is a bit worn but I would definitely stay there again.

The location was great. Right off the highway and close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and of course VT. The outside of the property was clean and looked safe. There was construction going on so we could see the materials for it outside but it was quiet. The front desk staff were so nice and polite. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, which was a a turnoff. My room key did not work after 3 tries so they just moved me to a new room. I had other family members checking in the next day and they all had the same issue with their room keys and had to switch rooms. When entering the room it looked ok. Luckily I travel with cleaning supplies so I brought in my own items to wipe off the countertops and sweep the floors as you could clearly see they were not cleaned well at all. The floors were extremely dirty. Our socks and feet were all black on the bottom from walking around the room. The towels were dirty and had other people's hair on them. I had to ask the front desk multiple times for new towels especially because we were only given 3 total for a 3 night stay, no hand towels or wash cloths. For the price I paid I knew that I was not getting a 5-star hotel but it still could have been better. Again, the front desk staff were amazing.

The online photos were nice. Looks can be deceiving. The lobby area was pretty but its apparent they are in the middle of remodeling the hotel. They should not be renting rooms if they are not in good condition. They charged me around $220 for a night. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom floor, there were holes in the walls in several places, the room smelled like a glue of some sort, pink stuff was all over the shower drain, etc. We decided not to stay a second night. I will applaud the staff for being very nice and I was refunded for the second night with the assistance of Expedia. Expedia made things very easy.

Employee at the front desk was either on drugs or completly overwhelmed by his job. Room smelled bad, toilet seat unstable, no toilet paper holder, floor made my white socks brown in just a few steps, and more... Front desk employee didn't like my comments about his work and then decided not to give us a room that we already paid for and after screaming after me to "get the f@%& out of the hotel" he call the police for help. Before the cop arrived I manage to make a deal with this crazy guy and he gave us a room with 2 beds instead of a king size. It was 9:30 pm after 13 hours on the road and I could fight anymore with this moron. Never again these cheap hotels with incompetent staff, run down rooms and more.
