The suite is in a beautiful heritage building. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The suite was lovely, very comfortable and clean on the ground floor. Bed super comfortable. The bathroom layout wasn’t the best and the shower over the bath was quite slippery. The suite is situated in a quiet and peaceful part of the building. The location is really convenient with a great little bar at the entrance of the hotel. The only downside was a lack of a manual in the room which when queried wasn’t remedied. Also for the price I would expect daily servicing of the suite. I realise this was in the small print which I didn’t read (my fault). Otherwise a lovely stay.

This particular suite was shabby and tired. Of the 4 sets of curtains two sets had rails that were hanging off the walls. Carpet was stained and grubby. Stair carpet was worn and becoming threadbare. Oil heater had a timer that could be pushed all the way into the body. Safety tag was dated 28/7/2017.

Great location and lovely apartment with lots of character. Management definitely went the extra mile as we had a cake delivered before our arrival and they happily signed and placed it in our apartment fridge.

There is a presence about the OGB that makes you feel like you are embraced. The wide corridors, the well appointed suites, the history of the building added to a great welcome and and wonderful stay. OGB is run with a level and professionalism on par with top European hotels.

Good apartment, just needs a bit more cleaning
Great location and having access to the gym was a nice bonus. The directions were helpful and made checking in easy. Nice to have a parking spot. Apartment was nice. Only issue was with cleanliness. Some of kitchen drawers were not clean and some of the pots and pans were a bit greasy.

The place was clean and comfortable. Location was amazing, right in the heart of it all. For families with young children, the best playground ever built is two blocks away. Communication was amazing. Highly recommend.

Top notch accommodations.
Amazing. Feels like an apartment in the center of the city. Clean, comfortable, near a number of restaurants and shops, and parking nearby. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay at the OGB. Very impressed with how this old building has been restored. This suite is not part of the hotel. However the staff and the service at the bar and pub was superb. Details of our suite from the owners were very easy to understand. We highly recommend this suite

OGB Suites is like having your own apartment in the centre of Christchurch. The layout and facilities in the apartment are excellent. The hosts have thought of every little detail, and even left a binder with suggestions of things to do. There is a washer dryer in the apartment, which was an added bonus, and you can use the health club associated with the Heritage Hotel as well.

メゾネットタイプのお部屋で過ごしましたが、子供が寝た後もゆっくり過ごすことができました。 キッチンもしっかりとした設備が備わっていて、着いたその日から夕食も作ることができました。 一泊しかしませんでしたが、もっと滞在したいホテルでした。

Asunto oli uusi ja kauniisti sisustettu upeassa vanhassa rakennuksessa, jossa oli myös loistava lämminhenkinen baari. Tunnelma oli loistava! Alakerrassa hyvin varustettu kuntosali ja pitkä uima-allas. Meillä oli kommelluksia saada kämppään avain, ohjeet expediassa eivät pitäneet paikkaansa.

Felt like a royal
The suite was huge and nice compared to price. We did probably eat our trips best breakfast at the lobby restaurant. The near areas were not so nice because the reconstructions from 2011 earthquake. We did run out of hot water in middle of shower. Which was strange because the hotel has a spa? How is this even possible?
