Milano was amazing. The staff Ed and Esmae went out of their way to make sure everything I needed was sorted. Beautiful renovated quiet room with a great shower!

First Class - why stay anywhere else!
We had a great stay at Milano. From the friendly, helpful owners to the immaculate unit. Everything was first class and the little extra nibbles, soup etc., were appreciated. The motel is in a very convenient area, supermarket, within a great mall is nearby, as is the bus into the city right outside. Even a lovely garden to sit in and enjoy.

A Quiet off the street parking, very clean and comfortable. Very close to Merrivalle Mall great cafes in the area and easy access to the city.

Good location. Clear and well presented. Disappointed no batteries in heat pump control (had to turn on and off on the unit), no bathmat and no information on how to access Netflix. Unfortunately no in the office to be able help when we needed it.

Location was good but service was very average. The owner told me that I had got through a loop hole with my booking as he had blocked everything out as he was so tired, but somehow my booking had very inconveniently come through Expedia. He rang me at lunchtime to see what time we would check in. I said we were easy with time - he said that 3pm would suit him.. but unfortunately our plans changed and we couldn't get there until 5.15pm. When I rang him back to advise him of this he was very rude with me and asked me just to come and get the key now as he was going out. This wasn't possible as I didn't have our vechile to be able to do this my husband had taken it with our children to do some city stuff! When we arrived at 5.15pm he made it very clear that our whole booking was an inconvenience! When we got to the room the place was freezing, no heating had been turned on and bathroom window couldn't shut.Empty toilet roll on the holder & the place had a very strong scented smell. I was very pleased it was a one night only!

Holy Heck, that sounds very bad. i am so sorry i made you feel this way and the basics of the room where not up to standard, all totally my fault. Very long story as to why, All i can do is apologize. Only human im afraid but i can promise you: this motel is in for some serious changes, all for the better :) Please dont write us off for this one experience. Regards Mark

We were disappointed with the smell of ashtrays outside the rooms and we booked for 3 people and they provided only two towels. The property is due for some upgrading with flaking paint and generally feeling tired.

Very comfortable two-bedroom unit, plenty of seating for guests in the small lounge, however, we arrived on a very cold winters day, and the heating wasn't turned on! It didn't take long for the heaters to work their magic but I would suggest turning the heaters on low even for a couple of hours before arrival. Excellent facilities, the beds were a little hard for our comfort.
