Nice hotel and good location.

Receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Hotel is convenient to Hagley Park, Botanic Gardens and within walking distance of museums, restaurants and shopping areas.

Receptionist, sarah, friendly, and very helpful, when we said we couldnt carry suitcases up stairs, as one of us has a mobility problem, and found us a ground floor suite, which we greatly appreciated .. a really convenient hotel to stay in.

The receptionist was very welcoming. The room was clean, the bathroom renovated and very tidy with everything we needed. The bed was comfy. We stayed one night arrived late and left early. For this trip it was a really good accommodation.

Extremely friendly staff. They allowed us to checkin early and even carried our bags to our 2nd floor room. We didn’t realize we were getting a kitchen as part of our room—nice. Good location—walkable to restaurants and bars. An USB charging station in the room would have been nice.

Good position and quiet. Comfortable bed. Bath and shower ok. Harder to find than some properties. Generally rather dated and tired. But good value for money. Located behind excellent restaurant.

This hotel is right at a busy intersection meaning that people are revving their engines and squealing at all times. There’s signs on the street that says “no cruising” but clearly it’s not enforced. We could not even begin to fall asleep until well based 1 AM.

Very noisey. Upstairs room has restaurant fan. Downstairs room noisey with rubbish trucks. Perhaps I am not used to city noise. No radio in the rooms. Wasn’t a coffee plunger in room 4. So I bought one. Green tea would be good

The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean. Even i didnt met any staffs on that day as i was checked in late, the staff contact me earlier that morning and let me know the check in procedures, feeling being welcome. Although sometimes may heard people talking in the corridor, but generally quiet. Nice experience!
