"Check in was horrible, we arrived at 2:35 p.m., we were advised there would be a 10.00 fee if we checked in early. We were only 25 minutes early. We were asked to return at 3:00 p.m. The line to check in was horribly long, only 2 people to check everyone in. Our room stunk of cigarette, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. "

"The room was wonderful. The kitchen had some dishes and pots and even a small knife which came in handy when I forgot mine to cut up my food. The staff was so friendly when I checked in and I got my room keys in a few minutes. It was wonderful. The beds were soooo comfortable! My kids were so excited. Overall, wonderful property. The pool area was a bit small and not very private though. We'll definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!"
