When the front desk staff were met with our concerns they did not offer another room or other accommodations, the restaurant staff were superb and made my stay bareable"

The patio has a small bed which is nice for laying on the balcony which is pretty big also. For the price, This is absolutely a steal. Even in the night the pool water was very warm & clean. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!"
