Rooms were nice with very comfy beds. we were on the top floor (17) so also had good views of the city. The onsen was nice to go in after a long day of travel. The location was really good, a 7-8 minute walk from train and right in the heart of busy downtown nightlife and dining area which was fun.

Clean room and friendly staff. Really easy access to city walk and Universal Studios. Breakfast buffet was not great and the beds are really uncomfortable. Nice hotel though.
