Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and...

They had such friendly staff who were willing to help out with all of our requests, a great pool with direct access to the beach and beautiful views, and wonderful service in cleaning the rooms. However, there was literally not a single decoration or wall hanging of any kind in any room in our suite. It was sterile and unwelcoming.
