I normally stay here the updated theblock systen and paint but the rooms are severly outdated and just in horrible condition. My latest stay was horrible the room was infested with roaches and it was bad. I will not be returning to this hotel!!

Room not ready at 3pm check-in. Toilet handle broken. No towels or washcloths. No glasses. No towel racks. Curtains coming off rods. Paid for 2 nights; left after first night. No one at counter when key turned in. We should be reimbursed for second night. Will not recommend.

The room when entered smelled strongly of bleach, there was holes in the wall where the toilet paper holder should have been and no toilet paper in the bathroom at all. When i called what is supposed to be 24/7 service desk nobody answered. The ceiling had what looked like a mold spot on it right by the window and there was stuff in the room from previous guests. Highly dissatisfied.......

Service was okay, just didnt have no cups or ice buckets. The beds weren't made like they usually make em. It looked as if the hotels room service attendants didnt clean the room probably. I scooted the microwave over and they're was crumbs from the last person that stayed. Towels and was cloths werent where they should be.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable the only issue is the sink in bathroom had a leak so the floor kept getting wet all in all I’ll stay there again

It was very cheap there was toliet paper holders on the bathroom floor there was dark spots in the celing and the smoke detector had a bag over it.

Awful... Soon as I walked in with my two kids cockroaches from underneath the doorway underneath the heater all over the place the TV was not working I ended up having to go set a friend's house not 10 minutes after I said flip into what I thought was going to be a decent day and stay with my children and myself being Mom. Very disappointed.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
we rented 2 rooms. the first room, the heater did not work at all. my mom, who is 79 was frozen by the time we left. the 2nd room, when the heater was turned on it smell like it was going to catch fire so we turned it off and didn't have heat in that room either with a 10 month old boy. when we checked out, the lady at the front desk didn't care at all and said we should have told her last night. the phones didn't work and we were not going to front desk when we were all dressed for bed. The lady at the front desk agrued with us and SHE JUST DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. TRYING TO GET MONEY BACK BUT THEY WON'T EVEN RESPOND TO ME. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Worst place to stay, you will get bugs
This is the worst place ever! So gross and dierry. Looked nothing like the photos. I don’t think the place has been cleaned ever. Dirty sheets, bathroom was dirty, hair on floor, broken dresser with fake nail on floor. Screen was broken and no fore alarm. The lady at front desk was rude and told me she can rent it out if i want to leave. This place needs and will be reported

You are better off sleeping in your car
When we walked in the lobby it smelled like marijuana. Our room had bugs, severe water damage, dresser was broken, stains on the nightstand, bathroom door was dirty, air condition was off and the air was stale and damp feeling, there was tons of dust, a toddler’s sock, and chapstick behind the dresser. We checked in a little before midnight and had no where else to stay. We woke up early to someone blaring music in their car in the parking lot. My husband took a shower and told my daughter and myself to just wait until we got home because it was nasty. We quickly got dressed and left. When I went to check out, no one was in the office. I rang the bell multiple times as instructed by the sign, no one came.

I was in the room for about an hour before it started to stink. Plus the ac didn’t work so the room was showing 82 on the thermostat. Also, there is a $5 room key charge that’s refundable and hotels.com is generally good about advertising things like this. $5 is nothing but that little sign is probably not normal and when you’re carrying bags it’s not fun to have to find your wallet.

Dated, Smoky and Bug Infested Stay Vacated
This hotel was dated, there were dead and living bugs all over the patterned carpet. The room smelled like smoke and other things. The desk chair had holes throughout. There were cigarette butts outside on top of the airconditioning unit. The overwhelming smells triggered an asthma attack. This was after the desk clerk switched my room several doors down. The A/C unit smelled also. How or why anyone would stay here is unknown. I made a mistake. The clerk only refunded for the second night.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly when checking in and checking out. The room was good, only thing it took the air conditioner 2 days to cool the room. Small inconveniences was the tv remote not working and staff corrected the problem promptly and no coffee maker in the room.

This is the worst and most disgusting hotel I've ever been in period. We didn't even stay the night. We left..They even tried a second room and it was worse than the 1st . I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back. But they're not being very helpful.

When I got there I think I ‘woke’ the front desk person. The room was filthy - the floor was gross, sticky and had stains from things spilled. The bedspread had burn holes. When I pulled it back the sheet was dirty. I was afraid I was going to see bed bugs! And lastly, there were no towels.

For me to take the time to leave a review should be all you need to know if you knew me not to stay here. The list is so ridiculous. Roaches, no remote, one hand towel for towels (asked for additional, got 2 more hand towels. That I had to go get.) rusty and disgustingly dirty lamps. I mean bad. Every surface of wood seemingly covered in mold, filth or grossness. The shower…for the first time in my entire life I wore gloves in the shower. Yep gloves. Several Hair balls “mopped”into corners. No hangers, water cups, phone doesn’t work and door jam lets in about an inch of light. I would sleep in my car down by the river way before I spent another moment in that hell hole. Never again. Save your money and by yourself a nice dinner and move on.

There were roaches and mold throughout the room. There wasn’t a coffee pot as stated in the amenities. I went to the front office several times to get more toilet paper to have no response from them. The room smelled of pot when we walked in and I had to spray everything down to make sure it was sanitized.

The reserved ADA room was not available as the hotel has a renter in that ADA room. We were shown 2 alternative non-ADA rooms which were not clean including 1 mattress with fungus on the side and the other room's bedcover haphazardly inside-out on the bed. We did not stay there at all and are getting a refund. We use Expedia frequently and his hotel needs to be removed from Expedia who always reflect high quality.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and courteous. Didn't like to have to switch tv settings from DVR/HDMI to cable when you turned the TV on. The microwave worked but I think the microwave is about to go out. Brought a TV Dinner to heat up in the microwave and you had to double the time on the dinner for the microwave to cook the dinner properly. Other than that the room was good. Just wish the room had a single serve coffee pot in the room so you could fix you a cup of coffee in the morning or for those who would like hot tea as well, just a suggestion.
