"We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time.
We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony.
Our was spotless, cleaned everyday
The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely.
All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year."

"Arrived at 3.30am due to delayed flight. David on reception was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in swiftly.
Hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas. Lovely pools.
Room although a little dated was nice and large with lhuge balcony and great sea view.
Stayed in a lot of hotels in Tenerife and this room was immaculately clean. None of them horrible little bugs found in various hotels.
They must have a good pest control regime.
Would i go back, yes without a doubt- when i can sleep...

"Se ha detectado la falta de algunos enseres personales de baño, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio de la estancia. Asimismo, sería recomendable realizar un mantenimiento más periódico del alojamiento para garantizar unas condiciones óptimas de uso.
También se debe señalar la presencia de cucarachas, aspecto que debería revisarse y corregirse para asegurar unas condiciones adecuadas de higiene y confort para los huéspedes."

"Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front...

"3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean.
Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude.
All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned.
Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...
