Hi Jessica, none of our family rooms are advertised as accessible', they are family rooms on the upper level. Our accessible rooms are downstairs with large parking area, downstairs. Our CCTV cameras are many, but be assured we are not that deranged to have any of them pointing into bathrooms. The basic kitchenette has suited our guests for many years, sorry you couldn't make the best use of it. The fridge is a fridge with a motor and emits a modicum of noise doing it's job, but again, very few, if any, previous guests have thought it necessary to point it out. The hair dryer is on it's bracket on the wall next to the sink in the bathroom, and has been for many years. Wi Fi is available, and you need only ask for password. Most people use their own wifi these days, so we assume that if they don't ask, then they don't need it. The password is also written clearly in our room compendiums. Glad you were happy with the size and spacious family room. Safe travels, maybe see you again one day.

Hi Anonymous. You put up with this for 5 days? Perhaps a wee hint that you were not happy whilst here could have helped. As you say, yes, some of the decor is a little dated, but it all works fine, and we are very proud of the efforts and dedication of our housekeeping staff. Our staff work from 8.30 daily, and are usually finished within a few hours. Perhaps you could have invited the staff in to pick up after you instead of hounding them away as a nuisance to your schedule? I assume you won't be back, whatever your name is.
