The property doesn’t have heating during the night! It was extremely cold, I slept fully dressed with a hoodie on. I had to call several times beg for them to town on the heat, they had multiple excuses in why there is no heat! Bottom the inside is a motel with no heat.

The first impression. It was like Dracula's castle. First of all, I have booked a standard room, but they said it is economy. After that, the room was so hard to breathe, we had no windows. In general, it was a nice experience, in our room we had everything... Another disappointing fact was the breakfast. In our booking and on the site was written - free breakfast. They said we have to pay for it. The Wi-Fi connection is very bad. So... Not the best option for Chișinău, but for this price you can find a way better place. The air in the room is very suffocating, you can not breathe

I would never recommend staying here not even for free. This place is terrible. We arrived at midnight so as we were approaching the hotel we saw some “ladies of the night” walking on the side of the street. It felt extremely unsafe. On top of it, the property doesn’t have an elevator so if you have luggage you’re screwed. It is not mentioned on their website. The front desk agents spoke extremely poor English, I had to repeat myself multiple times. My husband had to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs plus on the third floor, nobody was there to assist. The worst part when we got in the room the AC remote was missing. The front desk agent kept repeating its on the desk. I asked her to come up and show me, she couldn’t because it wasn’t there. We had to sleep with the window opened and were fighting mosquitos all night. It was hot and miserable. My kids’ back looked like polka dots from all the mosquito bites. The room conditions were very poor, nowhere near what shows in the pictures. Half of the lights weren’t working and there was a huge spider web on the ceiling on top of my bed. We reserved the place for 2 nights. We checked out the next morning and left. The front desk agent was completely ignoring me until I called her out on the extremely poor customer service. She wanted to charge me more money. Nobody called us to do anything about the AC or check on us. The only nice part about our stay was the breakfast and the lady who served. Very kind lady. Don’t go here!

Suite confortable, petite terrasse et baignoire spa dans la chambre. Tranquille, personnel à l’écoute, sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct. (Café pas terrible) Station de bus importante à proximité desservant l’ensemble de l’agglomération. 4 lei par voyage que vous payez dans le bus. Évite l’arnaque de certains taxis.

Moldova med familien

God frokost, serviceinnstilt personell som hjalp til med å skaffe sjåfør til våre utflukter. Hotell området var en liten oase midt i et område som var preget av mye veiarbeid og bygging. Men det var aldri noe bråk. Hadde ikke gjort noe om nabolaget var litt mer trivelig. Deilig med bassenger inne og ute.

Beware of the construction going on next door!

There is a huge construction work going on just 50 meters behind the hotel. A massive construction site. They are building a skyscraper with apartments. Which can not be seen on the old photos the hotel provided on this website. Breakfast was good and friendly staff. But location is not very good. It is a far walk from the city centre. You can easy go by trolleybus but I suppose there are better hotels closer to the centre.

Hübsches Hotel

Frühstücksbüffet sehr üppig, alles auch für Spätaufsteher noch vorhanden und frisch zubereitet. Restaurant im Hotel hat gute Speiseksrte mit einheimischen und internationalen Speisen. Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zimmer sehr sauber und modern. Mehrsprachiges Personal somit gute Verständigung möglich. Etwas störend war die Baustelle neben dran.
