One of the very few Hotels located in this part of the Chisinau yet no more than 10 minutes from the center by bus. If you have heavy bags, there is no lift but the helpful staff offered to carry them.

Pleasant stay, very nice staff, the rooms are very spacious, bathroom very clean. There was a shadow of odors in the room and I had to keep the window opened the whole day until very late in the night. The breakfast is fresh, good, but not so diverse.

Заселили в очень холодный номер на пятом этаже.Лифта в отеле нет.Поднимала небольшую сумку самостоятельно.Отопление(винты на радиаторах) включили при мне.В номер на 2 принесли 5 полотенец отживших свой век,по два на каждого и одно общее в качестве коврика у душевой и два стареньких халата.Зубных щёток,шапочек для душа и швейного набора в номере нет,как и чайника(ни в номере ни на этаже),чашек,блокнота с ручкой,табличек«не беспокоить» и«требуется уборка»,меню ресторана,пакетиков чая и кофе,минибара,дополнительного рулона туалетной бумаги(после уборки).Номер так и не прогрелся за все 4 дня моего пребывания,радиаторы холодные,при-8,-9градусов ночью.Принимать душ холодно.В первый же день простыла.Попросила на ресепшене чайник,принесли,как оказалось,единственный чайник на весь отель и тот для персонала,тк его на следующий день просила вернуть настойчиво стучащая в дверь сотрудница.Завтрак обещали в 8-10 утра,но каждый день интересовались,когда я планирую завтракать,чтобы повар знал во сколько ему приходить.Если в ресторане празднуют,надеяться на сон раньше 2-3 часов ночи не приходится,музыка прекрасно доносится до 5(последнего) этажа.Сигнал ТВ плохой,все каналы с рябью.Из плюсов–приветливые и дружелюбные работники ресепшена и ресторана,могут принести завтрак в номер,вкусная еда,чисто,шаговая доступность к аптекам,магазинам,небольшим торговым центрам,банкам и остановкам общественного транспорта.

Hotel was fine its self ! lady on reception with glasses (can't remember name ) was great . the only thing is was breakfast it lets the hotel down big time when you ask for scrambled eggs and they cant do it but they can make an omelette or you ask for a ham and cheese croissant and you get a chocolate croissant with ham and cheese in it or you ask for something on the menu and they dont have it they ran out and theres a supermarket next door . Coffee was nice .

Zeer prettig hotel!

Schoon hotel met ruime kamers en excellente service. Enige nadeel: een beetje uit het centrum. Maar daar krijg je dan weer rust voor terug.
