Down sides: Cracked shower cabin floor which was superglued, shower head covered in limescale and kitchen sink metal strainer in the bathroom sink drainage hole. There was no plug. Hotel staff were helping themselves to breakfast the same time as the guests. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, no iron. Staff were not welcoming. Up sides: clean, good location, air conditioning in room. Will not stay here again and do not recommend at that price, we stayed in the executive room. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Although the rooms lacked some features American travelers might expect (e.g. coffee maker), the staff is very helpful and friendly. I plan to stay there again next time I am in Chișinău.

Good location, but the room was too cold and no heating when we arrived and no toothbrush when we asked, even the safe box is too small even to fit anything, The room was setup for one person even I booked for 2 people, when tried to share the feedback they were not interested, we received only one toothbrush the following morning

Excellent location and value for money
Excellent location and value for money, comfortable bed and spacious room. Noisy in the evening from people playing music on the street but quiet during the night since it’s a pedestrian street. Breakfast is ok but you can probably find better options at the cafes nearby.

Great creature comforts and great location
The staff was very friendly, and the prices of the drinks in the room were reasonable. Extremely clean. The air conditioning worked great. Location = fantastic. I would love to be able to stay here again---next time I go back to Chisinau I will definitely stay here.

This is a good hotel in a great central area. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and well-maintained. Not recommended for those with disabilities or difficulty climbing stairs, as it is about 100 meters from the closest streets, up or down an incline/decline, much of which is paved with cobblestones

The hotel is located in the centre of the Cathedral park, walking distance from the Catedral, the Arch, flower market and other atractions. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops nearby. Loved it.

City park chisinau stay
A good hotel, with a very good location central to everything you need to be near in chisinau if wanting to explore the main sights. Plenty of bars / restaurants nearby.

Great little hotel in Chisinau. The rooms are new, spacious, and clean, the staff and service are good, and the hotel is in a perfect location one minute away from the main city park. The mini bar in the room has very reasonable prices and offers a selection of Moldovan beer and wine. There are several indoor/outdoor cafes and restaurants on the same block, including the delicious Creme de la Creme, and many more a short walk away. There is also a lovely little French cafe in the city park where you can get coffee or a light breakfast or snack and then sit at tables in the park and enjoy it. It's also easy for taxis or tour guides to find and get to the hotel. I won't hesitate to stay here again when I come back to Chisinau--there's no way to top it!

The hotel staff were friendly, the hotel smart inside and outside. The room I had on 4th floor was quiet, spacious, with good wardrobe space, TV and good internet. Area area around hotel was pedestrian only and led to park and the main street of the city, so very well located. Several good restaurants nearby.

the good: hotel has a great location and is located smack down in the center of the city. Also it is clean, which if you’re allergic like me is a life savior. the bad: Prior to check in we called the hotel staff and asked them how loud is it going to be on the property. My father suffers from insomnia so it was important for him to be able to sleep after taking his medicine. Instead up until ~1:30am the downstairs karaoke was going full force. Came down twice to ask when it will finish and the staff just insisted each time that “it’s about to be over”. Eventually the karaoke stopped but never did the staff apologize or offer to move us from third floor (where our rooms were conveniently right above the karaoke restaurant) to any of their higher floors, of which they have seven. If they warned us and said on that call that there will be loud karaoke the night they check in where someone with a less than pleasant voice will sing until 2 am we would’ve been prepared, but it’s not the best thing to experience after 6 hours of driving. Another minus, although relates less to the hotel, is that the staff at the cafe where you have your breakfast will make you feel like your presence is ruining their life. They messed up my order and didn’t promise to fix it. But just walked off. Always with that attitude that makes /you/ feel like a bad person, even if you’re just stuttering because you don’t understand something on the menu.

Watch out for greedy taxi drivers in Moldova
Excellent assistance - They accept Trained and legally certified Assistance Dogs- at the last second family were unable to pick us up- having lived in Moldova for 10 years I was concerned about the endless greedy taxi drives at the airport - as expected they wanted 100 euros for a 15 euro ride! The hotel front desk arranged a taxi for 2O euros : And met us as the street to assist with luggage - I am disabled - this was appreciate. Even so the Greedy taxi driver wanted more money Stating my standard Samson it’s bag would not fit into his truck ( the trunk was full of junk). THE HOYEO WAS EXCELLENT
