"The bottom of the tub needed scrubbing. Hair and contact lens found on bathroom floor. A fingernail clipping found in bed Liked that floor was a wood looking vinyl as opposed to carpet. Everything else seemed well taken care of. "

"When we entered our first room, the door appeared to have been pried open at some point, there were very evident stains on the duvet covers, and it appeared as if someone had been lying on the far side bed. Upon closer inspection of the duvet covers, I found actual dried BOOGERS stuck to the duvet cover on the far side of the bed; I immediately requested a new room!! "Very ran down place some outlets didn't work in our room. Wife didn't feel comfortable at all in the area let alone going outside alone. Very shady people staying there along with another person staying there with a child that seemed to be constantly causing a ruckus throughout the day until late night. Walls super thin hard to sleep with hearing someone pounding on floor every night until midnight or later. Pool area wasn't used by us seemed like building for pool was in desperate need of...

"Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. "
