"Excellent hotel, helpful staff, great location. Clean and quiet. "

"We have friends locally so our time spent in the hotel was minimal and didn't use the pool or gym if there is one. It's very clean and our room was calm and spacious, though because it is a big complex, it felt like a long walk just to get to the path or beach, but other rokms face the pool and are more central. It's generally well maintained and you can see staff working around the site but there were still areas that are overlooked, like woodwork in the bathroom. It's not a deal breaker as it was very nice. My major gripe was an incredibly rude member of staff in the restaurant and i refused to go in afterwards as Rota has plenty of places to eat and drink; his behavior caused me to spend my money elsewhere because of him tutting and blowing his disapproval at us. It was however, one person, and most staff were pleasant and friendly. "

"The hotel was perfectly located to enjoy the sights of the old cadiz streets. Close to all major areas so it was a perfect place to stay. Breakfast was good, and service from all staff was excellent "
