the hotel was partially closed. Only one other couple staying. Not serving dinner the two nights we stayed. Internet not available for Apple iCloud. Very central.

Centrally situated with friendly, helpful staff. Parking is difficult - suggest you reserve parking (limited) on site and prepare to cope with the narrow, one way streets. Room was adequate for one night, fairly small but with a good bathroom. Bed was fairly comfortable, but more pillows would be a good idea.

Séjour de charme

Cela fait trois fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et à chaque fois nous avons passé une ou plusieurs nuits très agréables. Tout est impeccable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet de se promener facilement dans les petites rues du centre pleines de charme, et après un bon repas - je recommande de profiter du service de restauration - on peut faire une jolie balade au bord de la Vienne. À choisir sans hésiter.

Nice clean room...Hotel has excellent restaurant..

We arrived in mid afternoon.....Apparently, Expedia had not told them that we were to stay two nights, and they said that we might have to leave the next day.....However, after a few phone calls by the management, everything was resolved.....The little town of Chinon is very quaint and dates from the middle ages....There was no parking at the hotel, but there are a number of free parking lots in the city where we put the rental car for the night. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, which is frequented by many of the locals, and we tried it one evening....I had an excellent veal chop and my wife had a nice steak.....The portions were very generous....I would like to go back again into the Loire valley and stay at this place for a week !!!

Förekommande personal med hög servicekänsla. Trevliga rum med bra sängar. Spatiösa badrum, rent och fräscht. Bra och prisvärd parkering. Nära till allt. Utvecklingspotentialer: wifi fungerade inte för oss. Endast trådanslutet. Man bör överväga att erbjuda frukostalternativ utöver den kontinentala frukosten.

Simple mais très bien!

Une petite nuit en étape fort sympathique. Accueil agréable, hôtel simple mais largement suffisant! la chambre était spacieuse, la SDB aussi, et le tout très propre! Petit déjeuner complet et bon. Un grand point fort pour le restaurant! les serveuses très souriantes, service impeccable, et le repas vaut le détour! Une cuisine innovante, et savoureuse, BRAVO!

Hotel agréable

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. L'accueil est impeccable. Un parking est disponible pour les clients. Cependant l'isolation sonore reste faible, on entend facilement les gens coté rue.

tout a été parfait, excellent accueil, propreté impeccable, possibilité de se restaurer sur place... situé dans une rue piétonne, le parking est de ce fait un peu éloigné, mais ce n'est pas dramatique. l'hôtel se situe non loin de la forteresse. nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.

Bon hotel familial

Hotel familial au centre de Chinon dans rue piétonne un peu bouillante en début de soiré mais calme vers 23h. Chambre et salle de bain refait à neuf, salle de bain spacieuse. Petit déjeuner correcte, 8 Euros tartine, croissant yaourt, jus, café ou thé.
