"Clean and easy to park."

"My room, 360 on top floor very spacious with enormous bathroom. Mini bar complimentary stocked with a couple of beers, small wines, cokes and water. What let the hotel down so much was the lack of staff in bar area. The staff they had were brilliant, rushed off their feet with large queues of waiting up to half an hour to get a drink. Similarly had to order bar food in same queue. When the food arrived no cutlery, ketchup or napkins offered. Again a very long wait for food. The hotel needs to...

"Lifts weren’t working and the room was tiny with a sloping roof - not good for the money paid! The bathroom was also small with the mirror on the sloping roof! Useless! Grand impressive hotel but probably wouldn’t return Disappointed Receptionist was very helpful"
