"In general, the hotel was great - it's a great location, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were spectacular.
Having complimentary streaming services available on the in-room televisions were a first for me and very impressive.
The main reason I'm withholding a star is that during check-in, there was a large line of guests waiting to check in and there was not enough staff available to attend to everyone. It was surprising to see a downtown hotel in a major city only have 2...

"We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the location. It was very central for us.
We loved the Happy Hour the best! It was only bread, cheese and wine/beer. The hotel setup was well done. A great way to end a busy day before going out to dinner. Wish they did that through the weekend!
There was a mix up on our reservation but the hotel resolved it to our satisfaction.
We were on a high floor corner room and the views were spectacular!"

"The location is wonderful, and we have stayed at this hotel several times. But it has really gone downhill. Only one elevator out of three was working, so there were long delays because the cleaning staff as well as guests had to all use the same elevator. When we were last there several months ago, two elevators were working, so it's not going in a good direction. Food from a takeout box had been spilled all over the carpet in the hallway by the elevator on our floor, and no one cleaned it...
