"lovely, quirky hotel. had everything we needed. staff were friendly and room was large and clean. upgraded to £10 to get a bigger bed which was worth it. Breakfast was everything you’d expect from a buffet style. Room where we ate was a bit draft due to it being open plan but it wasn’t really an issue"

We also loved the Santa tray - this was our first time doing Christmas away and my kids were a little sad at not doing the traditional things, but that tray (and the chocolate treat left by Santa) was so cute and much appreciated. "Great Experience. Hotel was amazing. My room spacious and clean. Staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Great location. Close (8-10 minutes) to the Ethiad Stadium for me to watch my soccer game, Manchester City v West Ham. I would definitely stay there again.
