"The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed.
Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment.
Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances.
Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest.
Would defo stay again! "

Good clean comfortable bed.
Pity no provision of simple tea making facility in the bedroom.
Breakfast is less than basic for the breakfast price paid.
One receptionist being difficult, refused to print receipt when not booked through hotel directly.
But another reception at other time happily attended the request. "

"All staff I encountered during my stay were lovely! They were polite and helpful. The hotel once again, was immaculate and the clean rooms are the main reason I am a repeat customer (I told the lovely head of housekeeping this when she greeted me in the lift going to my room). The plentiful parking on site is another bonus and being a member of IHG rewards, this is discounted too.
This hotel is so convenient for me when visiting my son, and I always feel safe and welcomed here. A little gem of...
