"No parking, we have to park in a parking downstairs that does not belong to the hotel and they charge 48$ US per day. The hotel charged us an extra 60$ US fee for no reason taken off of our deposit. No details, no reasons. Very bad customer service. "I r stayed at many hotels but it has been awhile and the menu for morning breakfast was ok but not clear and none of the hot food was labeled so you kind of had to open it a bit to see what was wrapped up. Not very hygienic, the other stuff bagels, pastries, coffee was delicious.
Staff was ok but had my car valet and maybe I’m wrong too but I left my wallet in the glove compartment and someone tried to use my credit card at a CVS. Does valet need to go in my glove compartment go any reason?...

"Last minute stay. Charged rate higher than quoted on phone. Expedia advertised rate was more than walk in rate yet said $20 less for members. Used $29 Expedia credit and still paid same as walk in rate. Amenity fee confusing. Really just forced parking charge. Room was pretty clean. Some hair in bathroom. Pool and jacuzzi too crowded to enjoy. Even though off season. Comfortable bed. Fireplace was nice. Street noise audible 24/7. Great location to walk to beach and restaurants. "

"The only real highlight of this hotel is its location by the water, quiet and away from crowds, yet still walkable.
Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The restaurant was a disappointment with very limited breakfast options and a 40 minute wait for food with only a few guests. Café Amalfi in Building 5 was a much better choice.
The room was just okay, not soundproof, and the towels were worn and torn, definitely not what you expect for the price. Service at the front desk was also...

We were in town for the Boston Marathon (I was running), and they went above and beyond for their guests who were running the marathon (and their friends and family).
