"Property is a very cool old building. We were assisted by Ludo, who quickly checked us in and was very helpful with recommendations and assisting with luggage. Ludo also prepared the breakfast the next morning. It was a great breakfast set in a very pleasant eating area. Overall, we thought the property was great and would be happy to return. "

"Unit is self contained so no contact required with owners/staff. I received instructions the day we arrived on how to access the room as we were going to arrive after 8pm, so not sure if we had arrived earlier if that would have been different. We didn’t order breakfast but I understand it arrives by basket and is left outside. Nice room/apartment set back from Sint Paulusplaats. Easy to find from Antwerpen Centraal Station. We took trams 10 and 7 with a change at Nationale Bank. Close to bars...

"Bin schon das zweite mal dort zu Gast gewesen. Sehr nettes Personal und ein wahnsinnig tolles Frühstück. Viele unterschiedliche frische Brote und Brötchen. Die Beilagen waren sehr lecker. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und edel eingerichtet. "

"It was such a charming little hotel with moviestar-theme everywhere. I was very close to the main square and in walking distance to the most interesting sights and yet in very quiet area. The staff was really helpful and welcoming. I can highly recommend Urban Dreams."

"The room was nice, the staff were friendly and the price was good, however the pool and sauna are part of a private condo so you can’t just come and go like a typical hotel. Also the jacuzzi and shower require some repairs as the jets didn’t work. "

"Excellent boutique style B&B. Daniel and Linda were perfect hosts. Lovely freshly prepared breakfast. 1 minute walk to tram into Antwerp centre/railway station. Good base for visiting Brussels, Ghent and Brugges. Local restaurant/bar the Café Exter well worth a visit. Plenty of local parks for a gentle stroll. Thoroughly enjoyable break."

Receptionist on duty from 2 -3pm on 29 July 2024

"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer training program for hotel staff please. Definitely not coming back. Pay money and not getting equivalent respect."
