Nothing pleasant about this stay.

"Paint peeling off the walls. Room smelled of smoke even though a Non Smoking room was booked. Dirty Place. Location was NOT good at all. I would NOT stay here again. The pictures on Hotels.com website are nothing like the real place. My suggestion, AVOID it!!!"…"

    My family enjoyed staying at this hotel and wanted to take a taxi heading for Westin hotel where is located in HonKong middle road. I asked a bell boy to call for a taxi and he said that a taxi didn't go by a meter. A taxi driver asked for 260 RMB and I told him that I paid only 50 RMB last night. Then a bell boy told me to give ma further discount and asked me to pay 200 RMB. I had a young boy hence couldn't argue the fare with them further. A hotel was located in a remote area therefore it wasn't easy to get a cab without a hotel's assistance. It was really horrible. …

    The room was very nice - it felt like one was in a tropical island somewhere in Southeast Asia. It was a pity that when I arrived, they were shutting down the pool. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. I had to cut down my stay (was going to be there 22 Sept - 28 Sept). But a calamity situation at home in HK had to have me leave on the 23rd. I asked for a refund for the rest of the stay. And the front office staff Raymond was so kind as to oblige. thank you Raymond, so much.…
