"Pool and view are the best parts, the poolside bar is neat too. The rooms weren't good, very much not the "4.5" star resort experience this app makes you think of. Dirty walls, poor decor, everything unplugged, you have to communicate what you want/need through WhatsApp lol, no room service to speak of. Bathrooms are small."

"muy mala experiencia para el precio que se paga tuve una habitación con vista al mal de las mejores que tienen me tuvieron más de una hora fuera mi habitación porque el aire acondicionado no servía y estaba liqueando y mojó la cama tuvieron que cambiar el colchón y ropa de cama. tambien en dado momento tomando un baño en la regadera dejó de llegar agua por unos 3 minutos o más muy mal servicio la verdad no volvería a ese hotel"

"The staff was very helpful and room was very clean—liked the king sized bed and that the shower had hot water—rare along the El Salvador coast. Pool and location next to beach was nice as well. Free room service was a good touch also. Hotels.com site misleads a little. The Deluxe King suite does not have an ocean view, nor does it have a bathtub in the room, as the photos show on the listing. There’s only one room on the whole property that has all those things, which we did not find out until we got there—their VIP suite. The internet/WiFi connection is very poor, so their TV consistently froze up when it was used. We also had to call maintenance to get the toilet repaired twice—for such a pricey hotel, not sure so much effort needed to be put into that. Overall, a good stay, but for the cost, would expect more."
