"This was a really poor experience primarily due to zero service from the hotel staff. My room was not cleaned for each night that I stayed there and in spite of daily reminders to their team, no heed was paid as if cleaning the room was a non-issue for them. Moreover, the morning breakfast is a so-called buffet as it is set only once and the items are not replenished. The management really needs to improve its standards and this hotel is not recommended at all. "

"Both the exterior and interior of the hotel are very clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The only minor issue was that the shower drainage was a bit weak, but it did not significantly affect our stay.
The hotel is within walking distance of a metro station, making it convenient for exploring Tashkent.
Some staff members speak English while others do not, but they made a great effort to communicate using translation apps, which we appreciated.
