"The room smelled one of the lamps didn’t work the tv didn’t work the floor was dirty. The fans left in the room had residue on them. The breakfast was a horrible just bread it seemed like it was a joke. Front desk staff horrible customer service."

"The staff are amazing. The place is conveniently situated. The room was clean, needs new carpet. Little stinky. The overall; it’s older so there is not any sound proofing, we could hear everything from the emergency vehicles to the people on the second floor. But the staff are amazing."

"We had a lovely lake view room on the 3rd floor. Super comfortable bed, clean and a kitchenette with all the basics. Great for longer stays (we were there for only one night) Lots of restaurants, shops and the lakefront just steps away. We will be back!"
