"We never got to stay! It is the only hotel in the town of Trenton Missouri.. Upon checking in my daughter gave the receptionist the legal document stating her 24lb dog was a support dog. They denied us.."

"Was very noisy a lot of workers use this hotel they all start moving about 5.30 so if you want to sleep in this one’s not for you "

"This is an older establishment. I stay her every once in a while as I visit family. It’s convenient & I feel safe. Owners are on site yet have employees & I have never seen the same ones twice! Floors are vacuumed, sink & tub & toilet always clean. Pillows aplenty yet pretty well used. Sheets ( and I always take a light to ensure clean) and towels always clean. "It was difficult to find the office. The cleaners were cleaning our room while we checked in and we had to wait for them even though we arrived an hour and a half after check in time. The room conditions were run down and in need of repair. The door did not fit correctly when closed. The cleaning staff were friendly and polite. Would not recommend. "

The $50 deposit was mentioned on the Expedia listing when I booked, but it did not indicate that only cash would be accepted. It would be good if Expedia clarified this in the listing because this is very backwards in 2026. Parking was good at this location. The air conditioning and heat worked fine. ...

"Ther room was clean, older, but maintained well. Priced a bit higher than other similar properties we have stayed at with not many amenities. Loved the Donut shop next door! Made for a yummy quick breakfast! "
