Chilean Patagonia Hotels with Restaurants

"Room was OK for the price, bathroom door was damaged but they fixed quickly. Restaurant was very good. Continental breakfast was not. The gym was OK but not all the machines were working. Location was perfect, just 3 minutes walk to main square and 5 minutes walk from restaurants. Walk 2 more minutes and you get to the port area. Also for your covenience there is a machine to refill your bottle of water in on the second floor near the reception."

"The room was small with 1 chair. The shower pipe was broken! More of a waterfall than anything…not usable."

"We arrived early, but the staff was super attentive. They were able to store our bags as we went out and explored. Cristian took care of us from start to finish, great customer service skills. Margarita was our cleaning lady and had the room spotless. We visited the restaurant, the selection was good with some local cuisine. Portions are big enough for two. Location was ideal right on the Straight and only blocks from downtown, the port and just about anywhere."

"So it appears to have everything you need. Restaurant on site with breakfast etc. It did have some quirks. We were on the 3rd floor and the phone in the lobby woke us up. No fan or AC. There was a window you could open but it was a busy main street so very noisy. The window also closed after a bit although later we found it had a stick to help keep it open. The strangest issue was the shower. It was completely open to both bathroom and sleeping area so no privacy while showering. It had a blind but they had tied it with knots so you couldnt close. Wasn't a bad stay overall but some weird things for us anyways"

"Really lovely historic location and historic building (stairs required) with great views of the plaza with tons of shops and things to do right near by. Really wanted to love it but sadly no hot water in the evening and only a bit of warmish water the next morning. Along with very poor soundproofing from the room doors mean't you could easily hear everyone coming and going. Hopefully they can fix the hot water situation and try and do something with the doorways to isolate a bit. City center historic building your going to hear a bit outside but it's the sound from the halls that was really bad."

From the moment you walk through the doors you immediately realize the sense of coziness, the attention to detail, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the positive vibes, and my personal favorite the most spectacular view in all of Torres Del Paines! There is no better view in the entire park. I highly recommend this hotel without any reservations. "
