Ryokans in Chikujo District

"Very nice traditional ryokan. Wonderful staff and delicious kaiseki. Very relaxing surroundings."

"The staff was very helpful. The common areas on 2/F and 3/F were must-gos."

"It was a present stay, nice hotel, large room, nice garden. However, last year we stayed in Japanese room in Art Hotel (the same building) it was much newer. This suisui room is very nice but bathroom a bit damp and scary for kids. "

"The views of nature and the outside public onsen were beautiful and met our expectations. Excellent food. One suggestion is to provide an information booklet in English that explains the use of heating and cooling unit and the use of the TV."

"Superb set meal each evening and the service from mainly Nepalese girls is so warm and friendly. The quality and variety of the dishes is very high. The onsen baths are large and the facilities are excellent. Very good value. "

"This hotel provides not only traditional japanese style hot spring, but also provides amazing river and mountain views of Hita. The beds are comfortable too. It’s a high CP value hotel."
