"The property is well-maintained with plenty of yard games to keep the kids entertained. The pool is clean, heated, and there are several grills right alongside it — great for barbecuing while you swim. We travel with our dog, and this place goes above and beyond for pet owners — they even provide a goodie bag for pets at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. Location-wise, it's very convenient if you're visiting the Lake Chelan area. Staff members Heather and Matt were extremely helpful and answered all our questions promptly. The whole lodge has a cozy, comfortable feel that made our stay relaxing. Highly recommend this spot for travelers with kids and pets — we'll definitely be back!"

"Room was clean but beds were just ok. Deep tub had no safety grab bars so getting in and out eas tricky. Electronic check in had issues- code was supposed to be sent by 4pm but did not come so we had to ask. We got it after two requests around 415. Pool gate had no instructions on how to open."
