Segun normas del Hostal a cada habitacion le coresponde un rollo de papel por dia de alojamiento como se le asigno. En muchas ocasiones Ud. solicito papel adicional mientras estaba alojado y se le facilito. En esta ocasion Ud. solicito un Rollo de papel adicional una hora antes de retirarse, es por este motivo por el cual se le cobro el costo (S/. 1.00) que finalmente ante su reclamo se le devolvio.
