"Our room was very clean. The bathroom was bigger than expected and the shower was also very big."

"better than I expected! Wish it offered breakfast but aside from that it was great!"

"Valet parking was great, the restaurant on site was actually really good, location is spectacular for walking to lots of entertainment and other restaurants. Everything in the room worked well and it was really cute."

"Overall, our stay was pretty decent, and I especially want to highlight how wonderful the staff was throughout our visit! When we arrived, the front desk attendant was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Although it took her a little while to get to the desk, I believe she was assisting with another task. Once she arrived, she provided excellent customer service. One suggestion I would make is to place a bell at the front desk so guests can easily notify staff when they arrive. Unfortunately, when...

"Overall a good stay, however, the building needed maintenance (which the staff provided when brought to their attention). In our room the sink drained incredibly slowly and the air conditioning unit started squealing about midnight. The staff corrected both when it was brought to their attention the next morning. (Thanks!) Many of the trash cans around the property were full or overflowing as there seemed to be no schedule or person assigned to empty them. The room itself was clean and...

"We went to a concert across the street at the Signal and decided to stay at Hotel Chalet. It was a wonderful experience!! Pre-concert drinks at Elsie's Daughter were fabulous, and the breakfast burrito at the lobby cafe the next morning was delicious. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back."

"Checked in at 11Pm and left at 1am due to the overwhelming odor of black mold in the room. The floor was sticky and had to clean the bathroom before I could use it as there was dye pee all over the toilet and floor. We packed and slept in the car over staying here. Would never ever stay here again."

"The mattress needs to be replaced. You sank into a hole with your feet higher than your head. It had been a few years since we had stayed there, we were shocked that we were expected to sleep on a mattress that has need replaced for a long time. Not sure we will stay there for a while. Westin and Marriott would never subject you to such a mattress. We use to always stay at the Westin."

"The room had all the amenities one has come to expect like microwave, refrigerator, large TV with many channels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The only drawback was that I could hear muffled noise from other rooms."
