From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully handled. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a romantic getaway — but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible service. A huge shoutout to Adrina, who went above and beyond for us. She helped me plan a surprise proposal from beginning to end, coordinating every little detail with so much care and enthusiasm. She made sure we were comfortable, informed, and taken care of throughout our entire stay. Thanks to her guidance and support, the proposal went perfectly — something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. If you’re looking for a place that feels special, personal, and genuinely cared for, Jenna’s B&B is the place to be. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. Highly, highly recommended!"

"The room was clean and was cleaned regularly. Included breakfast was amazing. The hotel is located at the top of Calle Santander, within walking distance to many cafés, restaurants and the lake. There is also big supermarket nearby. Recommended 10/10"

"Would not recommend to stay here. The staff is not trained in hospitality and the hotel itself is WAY OVERPRICED!! Even at half cost I would not stay here again. No phone reception in the area and NO wifi in the rooms. Stayed on a business trip and one of three rooms had heavy mold stains and the room itself was not properly cleaned. It is also located right next to a noise highway, so you hear cars and noisy public transport at all times. Found out when paying that if you book on other sites you can a lot."
